Shipping & Returns

Shipping: 

All Domestic and international shipping have the same flat rate price. Express shipping Rates, and other standard shipping rates are determined by Canada post and are based on location and weight.

Order processing times take approximately 2-5 business days. Please allow 48 hour for shipping labels to be printed and tracking number to be updated. 

Once your order has been shipped, allow 4-7 business day within Canada, and 14-30 business days internationally. 

Qing's&Kueen'sBeauty is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by duties, taxes that may apply in destination country, delays or strikes once the package has exited Ontario.

Return Policy: 

Non-returnable items
For safety reasons items CANNOT be returned or exchanged items like custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch with Qing's&Kueen'sBeauty if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
